About Crismeily
Crismeily A. Alburquerque received a B.A. in Political Science, with double minors in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2008; and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2012. She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New York and Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
While a law student, Ms. Alburquerque focused her coursework on litigation and criminal law. She has been both a student assistant district attorney with the Kings County District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York; and a student public defender with the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
As a practicing attorney for the past decade, Ms. Alburquerque has focused her practice of law on representing clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall accidents, construction accidents, and as a result of medical malpractice. Ms. Alburquerque joined Gabriel Legal in 2023 as an Associate, bringing her skill as a bilingual litigator to the team.
