John Fagan

John Fagan is an attorney for Law Offices of Gabriel & Moroff, P.C. and Of Counsel to the Gabriel Law Firm P.C.. John Fagan is an associate attorney primarily working in the firm’s No-Fault Department drafting motions and assisting in Declaratory Judgment actions. After graduating from Stony Brook University, he developed an interest in helping and advocating for those going through difficult times by pursuing a career in law. He pursued these interests at Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated in 2019. Along with interning at the Nassau County Attorney’s Office, He worked at a personal injury firm as a legal assistant before being admitted to the New York State Bar. After his admission, he began working in the field of no-fault law at the Law Offices of Gabriel &Moroff.
