Thomas G. Bernard

Thomas G. Bernard is a cum laude graduate from New York University, completing NYU’s 4-year requirements in just 3 years. While at NYU, Mr. Bernard dedicated part of his time as an ombudsman in the child welfare division at New York’s Public Advocate’s office. For the Public Advocate, Mr. Bernard investigated claims against foster parents on behalf of children and helped many families navigate New York’s child welfare system.

Mr. Bernard took great pride in this endeavor as he helped give a voice to those who many times go unheard. As an attorney at the Gabriel Law Firm, Mr. Bernard’s emphasis is on tort litigation including automobile, premises, and construction accident type cases. With these prior experiences, Mr. Bernard brings a creative approach to problem-solving as well as a focused analytical approach to the law.
